Who maps the Jenspeed cars ?
Does he do it himself ?

They have worked together a lot over the years and are long standing friends through the rallycross scene, but Jens' isn't building all these engines in collaboration with Julian, nor is he mapping all Jens' engines.
Julian, I'm sure is quite busy dealing with his own customers as Jens is with his.
But yes Jens' last engine did produce 872bhp on the Ringstaad dyno, you can of course see the full feature in PERFORMANCE Ford very soon.
Jens has also just dyno'd and mapped
another engine that made over 700bhp on pump fuel... not bad, eh!
