Why not strip it down and get it re anodised silver. Would be alot cheaper than buying a new one........

I had my vernier pulleys done an it cost me £10

If you're getting chatter mate it would leave me to beleive that the dumper is stuck shut and not opening.

Thats what I meant.........should have explained myself better .
Acid dipped or etch coated to strip off old coating, then either a polish or chromium plate then a nice a clear coating for protection.........

I can recommend www.Peterboroughplating.co.uk as thats where I got my verneirs done

GGR spring may have a differnt woking length so may be way to hard if fitted to anonter type of valve.

i have same dump valve ready to go on my cossie wen i get car back.my mate had it on his fiesta turbo and he sed it also used to chatter.could that mean its f##ked or thats wot its suposed to do?
