A little something to whet your appetites ;)
Today has been a good day.. see picture 
Still to sort the brakes tho, this is how little room I have to play with
So what I was thinking, instead of buying a universal brake bias box, make my own using the space and my knowlege/equipemet
The only thing I am unsure of, is the size of the master cylynders I should be using - can anyone please advise a good front and rear size?
Also, the engine is currently sat on the cross member, I need to get hold of a pair of 2wd cossie alloy engine mounting arms, as they sit slightly wider than the 4x4 ones, so they'll be better for me

We have made quite a few bias pedal boxes...generally find .625 front and .70 rear works best....does the pedal pivot from the top or in the centre? you need to work out the ratio...usually 5:1

Just been to measure the pedal - from pivot point (pivots at the top) to the center of the pedal (the foot pad) is 11" then from the pivot point to the MS pushrod is 3" - this gives a 3.66:1 ratio - is that correct

That's correct Paul....you could probably do with a little more leverage.....although they do assume a 1" cylinder and the .625 cylinder will give you more pressure...but it maybe more advantageous to mount the cylinders above and inboard like it shows on figure 2....similar to the way a MK1/MK2 escort mounts...might give you more room instead of going into the engine bay with the cylinders....
