wanted.. brake pipe diagram for mk4 escort.
a mate of mine has wilwood 4 pots on the front and cossie rears, with a bias valve, now he has re routed al the brake pipes etc but now he has a shit peddle. its hard until u start the car then it goes soft. he has bled and bled and bled the brakes, he has changed the master cylinder, servo etc and now wants to re pipe it the way it was originally.
can anyone help?

Hi mate. I would not re pipe it. It needs to be a front rear split circuit.
U need the bias valve to get the balance right. I would say it is air in the caliper. I have seen it before - i think u need to alter the height of the car or something when bleeding.
By all means check the piping over, but assuming its a front rear split, then the piping isn't the problem.

just now its basically both front calipers are piped together to the same conection on master cylinder and rears are plumbed together through the bias valve from another connection on the master cylinder. does it matter which take off point on the servo goes to front or rear?????????
