Theres a powder coating factory(akzo nobel) in gateshead. Not sure if they do single(1 person)orders though. Its in the same industrial estate as revolution.

i use one at Bill Quay industrial estate (very close to VeeDubs) in Hebburn. cheap as chips and quick too

day and a half he had my bike wheels for, charged 50 quid for the pair which i thought was very reasonable
