he's an Englishman at the end of the day, even if its a daft one he's still worth saving from what can possibly be the worst way to die imaginable.
Notice this "English" gentleman never even uttered a word for the poor American that was blasted to death who was with him. Truely a man(if you can call it that) worth saving

sorry if i mis quoted, regardless of who they are or their intentions, they have no right to be in a war zone, we cant stumble down the road to join a unit, you have to activly be there and the risks are apparent as u are aware of before you arrive

Then surely the authorities that be are at fault for letting him go? there should be a ban on civilians entering a war zone or place of civil unrest, would be alot easier stopping people going than rescuing them!
By no means am I taking anything away from what our troops are doing out there, to say they shouldnt be there in the first place they are doing a damn fine job, fuck load better than the yanks

Very few forces people do the job purely for the money and most will give thier live if thats whats demanded of them. What they want is a bit of recognition and respect for the jobs they do, and a little bit of gratitude when they go beyond the call of duty wouldn't go amiss.
Its idiots like Kember that help demoralise troops, and they wonder why retention is at an all time low?
Thats one thing the Americans do well is look after thier troops. The Armed forces are held in high regard as a whole by the Americans, and as such people are proud to serve there.
In the UK the public perception is bad and most people don't seem to give a flying fuck about the personal sacrifice the individuals make. Imagine how that feels for the troops asked to risk thier lives????

How do you think we feel when a few idiots give everyone else the impression that we all give a good kicking to everyone in Iraq we see.
I so love the press and all the support they give us

Seaworld in Florida allows free admission to people serving in their forces, and pay tribute to them and their allies before every show. It sounds really cheesy, but I think they and the punters really do mean it.
This old fool has no right going off to a war zone, and if he had been an Asian Brit instead of a white Brit he could have been flown straight to Guantanamo Bay!!!
Maybe he still could be?
