I might aswell be accused of it, fucking neighbours round here already grassed me up about my astra (which i might add is once again rolling with all panels fitted)

You'd think people were happy that i'm the only one up till the early hours of the morning, often popping my head out for a smoke and to keep an eye on the immediate area + houses

Sad but true, But it has recently transpired that next door to the left (the ones who never say hello when we say hello) their daughter and her husband wanted the house we are in so they could play happy families right next door to mum & dad.

But we got in there first with an offer the council couldn't refuse (thats another story lol) So its just a little suspicious that-:

1) They never say hello
2) they wanted our house but didn't get it

Doesn't take a genius to see they obviously don't like us

Such is life, but all he's managed to do is get a notice issued to me stating i must remove the car in seven days.

In the meantime, i've been cooking up some right stinkers to get back at them, and it was only yesterday i had a fantastic idea.

Now i would never grass someone who diddn't grass me first. Grassing on people is not in my interest, & if anything is seen by me as a waste of time, money & x, y, z etc etc. Also the moral factor would deter me from even thinking about grassing.

Anyway, this idea. Idiot next door loves his pond & garden, you can tell, because the prick is out there all summer pruning, trimming & watering his lawn.

It only dawned on me the other day, when i looked out the window and saw a hose pipe going up the garden. Now i recall that last year, he was watering his lawn with it, Even when there was a hose pipe ban in force.

So its only a matter of time before the new hose pipe ban for our area comes in (which i might add are VERY strict), and carries a fine of £2000.

Now in my eyes, what he's grassed me up about has cost me £2k's worth of stress and hastle (rebuilding a car to complete standard in 2 days flat).

But unwittingly, The wally has helped me (which won't count towards my decision with regards to the pipe ban and catching him in the act). Basically, i went to the council to speak to the head of the area for a friendly chat. She's only gone and offered me a garage for £30 P/M In my road about 20 yards from my house

So you see, What goes round, comes around.....and in the usmmer, when he uses that pipe, I'll help it come round a bit more and smack him right in the back of the head the medling old cunt
