not sure how much it would cost, but cams, chip and throttle bodies are good for 180bhp on a 1.8 k series. dont know how tunable zetecs are though.
im sure it was more 535bhp 1.6, and that was through the wheels

gti's are not that cheap to run, the insurance on our 3 door (stage 3) was £1000, we transfered it to the gti, when we went to renew it they wanted £900 to insure the gti
its a greedy fucker aswell, drinks nearly as much fuel as the cossie!
better to get an si with the side skirts on it
