Snap on battery's

Hi guys, I have a snap on battery operated drill and impact gun, the battery's will no longer hold charge. The local snap on dealer will not entertain the fact they are dead, where is the next best place to go to get them either stripped/replaced or recharged if this is possible.

Any help would be great.

Battery's

How will I find out what cell is dead, as they won't hold any charge at all. The red warning light comes on the charger base.
Thanks

best thing to do is take the batt apart and put a multimeter across each cell one at a tme and they should all be holding a similar voltage execpt the fucked cell then out of the other batt take a good cell and solder it in place of the dud cell hope that explains it i can pm u my num if your stuck and explain it a bit better over the fone if you like
