Gt28 roller bearing turbo vs t34 cossy turbo

As title for a zetec turbo which would be better for good power, looking for around 350bhpish but been told the t34 may struggle, but the frs gt28 will make then go to 400bhp+

How does that work? Lol

t34 will do 350 pretty easily id imagine

there's a few GT28 Running 450+ on RS atm but obviously depend on other mods
