conrod bolts
I have been offered a heavy duty conrod bolt set for my 3 door cosworth. Does anyone know if these are a weak link on higher output cars?

im not sure how much power the standard ford ones are good for,
but ARP do uprated ones
but with ARP ones i think you need to countersink the con rods slightly.
