Compression ratio for 500bhp

Hi

Can anyone tell me what compression ratio I need to run to build up an engine 500bhp using a T4 turbo and P6 managment. Also can I run 1000cc injectors or do I need a RS500 inlet manifold and 8 injector set up?

well im not too sure about that , the term "never raced or rallyed" doesent quite fit this one.
