Default Ecu dash cover

I've seen a few during the summer on sapphire cosworths and been looking for one.

I've got a late J 4x4 but there never seem to be any in the colour of my dash top.

Did they ever do them or have the ones I've seen been colour dyed to match??

Still on the look out...I have seen one on "let's over inflat the price because it's for a rs" ebay for £500!!

I offered 200 to get a response but it was kicked straight back....

There was a guy selling a kit to make a normal cover look like an rs one

my sapphire has a black dash and the rs ecu cover has been dyed to match

Seen the kits, not that good in my opinion but the pictures might not do it justice.

I'd rather an original one, tried some dye but it stood out like sore thumb.

Previous owner did it, pretty sure he said he used a spray paint intended for car interiors, my head lining and a few other bits have been done and the finish looks o.e
