How will you be balancing them using 6 pots at the front? The fact there are 6 pistons says absolutely nothing. The braking power is determined by the total surface area of the pistons and in most cases 6 pots calipers have smaller pistons than 4 pot calipers. For instance most AP 4 pots and AP 6 pots have exactly the same total surface area, so wil also give the same braking power.
If you put those AP 4 pots on the rear you will almost have the same braking power front and rear. The only reason the rear will (probably) brake less hard is that the brake disc diameter (so the leverage for the caliper) is smaller on the rear.
It can actually be dangerous messing with your brakes in such a way if you don't know what you're doing. Locking the rear wheels when you need to brake hard at high speed probably won't end well.

The pistons on the front are 32mm apposed to 24mm on the rear
