Default Cosworth 4wd springs option, ahmed bayjoo no good

So I got the famous ahmed bayjoo fast road springs

the problem is, as many have mentioned. It's too short, loosens at ground clearance.

Graham Goode sells uprated springs, someone who has tested them?

I thought ggr springs were actually the best ive used but they broke and ggr weren't interested so now on Woodford garage spec springs they seem good, never liked the bayjoo springs and have tried them twice,

I finally got hold of a set original springs.
Yes in Norway there is no chance of getting a car through a check with springs that are loose, as is the case with ahmed bayjoo.
Are Woodford garage spec springs long enough that they do not loosen at ground clearance?
Where did you buy them?

The Ahmed springs on both my sapphs are not loose. But in the past when I had standard Sierra front struts on my Sierra 24v the front springs were a bit loose. That was because standard Sierra struts are slightly longer than Cosworth struts. Now with the cosworth struts on it’s fine.

I bought them direct from Woodford garage, I assume they still on the go, they are very helpful might be worth trying to contact them, no issues with springs being loose, think they are about 20 mm lower than standard

For anyone who might wonder
The original Ford springs and Eibach have the same length (front)
They fit perfectly in front dampers and whil NOT loosens at ground clearance.

Riding height is not the same of course

I have Ahmed Bayoo
fast road springs on mine. They are loose in the strut when assembled and on the car when it's jacked up fully. However once it's on the ground under its own weight they are perfectly fine

The Ahmed Bayjoo springs I have on my 4x4 and on my 2wd are both not loose when jacked up. But it’s not by much as I didn’t need a spring compressor to fit the springs. The thread on the shock was long enough to get the compression on the spring.
