Default Oil/water stain dash cluster

Hi I’m after some advice, today I got my Saph 4x4 out of the garage after being in there for 2 weeks. When doing so I noticed an oily/water stain on the dash clocks, it’s as if something has run down it near the temp gauge. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or how to get rid of it
Thanks

it's the fluid from the lubricant inside the dial

not sure how to get rid of it permanently but drying it has been the most effective wy i've done it in the past without removing the needles and cleaning it that way
