Default carb issues

Hi, I need some help identifying my carb.
I have an 87 Sierra 5 door with a 1.3l pinto engine.

It used to run fine but my father left it without fuel we filled her up and worked for a few days, now on cold starts it misses feels like it s a 3 cylinder, after it warms up choke stays on and remains revved up also it feels without pull like it's missing tourqe.
I took the carb apart cleaned it and reinstalled it. so now it's working better but still choke stays stuck sometimes it chokes itself while running and stalls it's a pain to drive. So i replaced the vacuum pipes but it's still running rough.

So, does anyone know of a company or from where i can fin a manual choke conversion - carb has that variable venturi thing.
What carbs can i fit if i replace it, does a ford IV from a pushrod work given the correct manifold? or is it too small? as i have plenty of these lying around does a twin choke work?

Thanks for your time,
Dan
