Fitting the Cosworth auxilary belt pulley
I've come to the stage where I should fit this, the inner cam belt pulley went in easily but the outer pulley seems very, very tight? Should it just slide in with no real force? I cleaned the crankshaft snout properly, put little bit of engine oil on it, and the outer pulley still doesn't want to go in all the way. I managed to slide it almost in (5 mm shy of being in all the way) by tapping it with rubber hammer.
How tight this should be when putting it back in, I remember it was anal to get out but after proper cleaning it seems to require more than bare hands to get it back in. Is this normal?

Ok so apparently the basic cleaning wasn't quite enough. I'll see if I can drive it all the way in gently with the crank bolt, if not I'll remove it again and use scotch brite.
