Default Main/big end bearings?

It appears I have 'standard' items fitted (whatever the fuck that means once you start googling).

Got the bottom end exposed so i'm thinking of replacing the big ends and mains as a matter of course, they've done about 30k since a rebuild many years ago.

Any benefit to fitting 'uprated' items? Have done a bit of reading and the copper/lead items seem to be the best bet as they are more sacrificial than the uprated items and will preserve the crank long term?

King bearings are a very good quality and very cheap for what they are I would recommend them
