Default cosworth fuel pressure regulator

im using a billet fuel rail on my 4x4 cossie what fuel pressure regulator would people advise on using ? only running 340bhp

Im using a webcon adjustable on mine and it works fine. They have a version with -6 fittings if your rail has them and another with push on fittings if it doesnt. They also have non adjustable fprs but they dont come with -6 fittings.

I have -6 jenvey adjustable on mine, recommended by Mark Shead.
