Default Cosworth over fuelling

Hi all, just a quick question , have a sapphire cosworth rally car , running 803 green injectors 3 bar map sensor, lately got engine rebuilt, got car running but it's seriously over fuelling , plugs are black after a few minutes running , also fitted new blue coolant sensor and black/brown air temp sensor , plugs are iridium ngk , what else could cause the over fuelling

Check fuel pressure regulator.
Standard setting is 3.5bar with reference hose disconnected.

Have it been stored inside? Check the vacum hose to map, that can be worn. If it`s stored outside, rain can come into map plug through bonnet vent. Also seen some header thanks With cracks, thats leak into map plug. Before i move my map, to above inlet, i got rain in it, and my monitor showed 3bar boost with just ignition on, overfuel like hell.
