What's the problem, are the bolts seized?
The rear spoiler has2 Allen headed bolts under the 2 small caps,if they are seized you would prob be best drilling them out, then remove the boot lock and the steel plate and there's 2 bolts under there.
Front bumper fixes through the wings just in front of the wheels, the captive nuts usually spin so what I have done before is pull the bumper out and get a hacksaw blade between the bumper mount and wing and cut the bolt.
Then undo the foglight connections and the bumper simply pulls forward.
The old captive nuts can be tapped out and new nuts fitted with some araldite.
Hope that helps

No bother,i removed mine a couple of weeks back so knew how they should come off.
In the bootlid there's captive nuts,if you drill down you should only drill the bolt out and be able to sort out the nuts once the spoiler is off.

Did you need to take the front wheels off to get at the nuts in the wings? What do you do pull the arch liners back? Cheers

Yeah, there is one screw in the plastic arch. Unscrew that then you will see the bolt head or screw holding the side of the bumper on. Its really simple once you know how.
