Default 500 Intercooler to hart inlet manifold....

Went to Santapod today and a few runs in my boost hose split.

It was never a great fit so after something better if possible.

I have an RS 500 style airtec 70mm cooler going to a regular 2wd throttle body on and hart/autospecialists inlet.

The intercooler has previously been modded but never seeing it standard I'm not sure how well,
It's not a straight line to the throttle body and also offset fractionally too.

So what hoses are people using with this setup?

Cheers Paul

I had the same issue with my 500 style cooler it fitted shit. Had it modded still was not right. I got lucky and picked up a second hand spec r top feed cooler that gives a perfect straight run between the two

I'm possibly looking at getting the auto specialists top feed one later in the year, then I can lose the dump valve outlet and have one welded into the intercooler as well.

Does your spec r meet the tb pretty good then?

There's not much of a gap between the throttle body and intercooler

I have just ordered one of those swedish plenum ones to try.

I have currently got a piece on there but not 100% happy with it.

Mine is as short as Ajamesc
