Default 17'' Calibre vintage wheels or similar

Hi,
I'm thinking of putting 17'' Calibre Vintage or Lenso Bsx on my white 3 door Sierra Cossie.
Just two questions:-
They come in silver, black or gold. Anybody have an opinion which colour would be best on a white Cossie?
Anyone on here know where to get the best deal on wheels only or wheels and tyre package?
I'd appreciate any input
Thanks,

Dave

Don't forget while your thinking of the wheels you get less clearance for calipers inside because of spoke design so think about your offsets, I believe et25 will clear the standard 3 door calipers but if you have anything bigger you will need a lower et eg i have focus rs brembos and to clear required et18 so they didn't catch

As for colour I think black loses the definition and look smaller so for me it would be gold or silver, id sway to gold

i have similar on my 3dr but they are 7.5J and 8.5J - think the offset was quite high tho around ET40 so have had to get spacers to clear the cossie brakes

Thanks for the advice. I put the car details into the website and they said et35 wheels would fit. The brakes are standard too.
I too would like the gold on white but a mate reckons on silver because he says gold will look Cheap!
R4nss, did you go for 8.5s on the rear to fill the arches Better? Do they clearn the standard Arches?
Were they much Dearer?

Thanks,
Dave

I have 17" Calibre on mine.
Fronts have 5mm spacers to clear brakes and rears have 20mm spacers to fill the arches.

They look great Jason, do you know what Offset?
Did the wheel supplier also supply the Spacers and Studs?
Do you remember who you got them From?
Thanks,
Dave

Just want to make sure they will fit before I order.
If I order 17 x 8 will they fit over original brakes without Spacers?
If so, great. If not, what spacers etc are needed...?
Looking at nan kangaroo tyres too, are they Good?

Thanks,

Dave

Hey!
What dimensions are the front ones?
Does that setup require any arch modification?

And what tire dimensions?

Kind Regards, Aleks

I decided my wheels needed a bit of a decal change so I swapped the calibre stickers for Ford stickers. my personal opinion is I am pleased with such a small change
