Just bought some powerflex beam bushes for my 4x4. i was supirsed when i trial fitted them that the metal sleeve they come with seems a lot smaller that the standard one, ie it moves around quite a bit in the chassis leg holes, where the standard ones seem a snugger fit. also the sleeve is the same depth as the bush see photo.
is this normal? seems the way the standard mount protrudes into the leg would stop the beam moving and add support to the bolt, where with the powerflex, it does neither.
am i missing something??

The bush will compress so the sleeve will still be long enough. And the sleeve will be clamped by the bolt so it won't move around.
