Saph 4x4 suspension assembly
Undergoing a full rebuild of my sapphire cossie 4x4, got to the assembly stage today of putting all new parts onto the car (koni dampers with ahmed bayjoo springs, steering knuckle, track control arm, extended driveshafts, anti roll bar ect) but im having troubles getting the track control arm in, i carnt bolt up both the bottom ball joint and the bolt to the subframe together its asif there isnt enough give in the whole setup to allow me to peice it all together.
What is the best procedure for assembling all these suspension components, what goes first in sequence???

From 1 end of the arb where it passes through the tca to the other side.
Make sure the arb clamps are not tight as you may have to centralize the arb once its all in place.
Also have the car back on the ground and settled before torquing everything up,that's in the Ford manual.
Once the tca is bolted to the subframe getting the hub onto the balljoint will 've easy, just lever the tca down and centralize the hub over the balljoint then allow the tca to raise up into it.
You shouldn't have a problem once it's bolted to the subframe.
