For a Bailey mirror image one, I've got the AN fittings on the breather but need to know the thread sizes on the block.

Spec r set up like rods. I did have the block thread size as I broght a fitting for my block but it's at marks. I'm sure it was the guy from torques who told me what size it is

Its def -10 turbo side

KSA-Cossie 30-03-2015 08:15 PM

Cheers mate, what thread sizes though ?

Paul_RS 30-03-2015 08:41 PM

The inlet side doesn't have threads, it's a push in fitting. The exhaust side is 3/8 NPT I believe.

Thanks Paul

The easiest way I found was to use a tap and die set . The pipes are the easy bit it's the adapters you need to screw into whatever your using the hoses for that's the pain in the arse . I found no one really knew what the thread sizes I needed were , so had to find out myself :cry:

James which 1 way valve did you use for the sump?!

tosh 09-04-2015 01:09 PM

The inlet kidney box side is as said a push fit, I also thought that the turbo side was a taper thread from memory but I could be wrong!!!

I'm not too sure I'd have to get it out the garage and have a look in not too sure when I'll next be there. Mark Sheed will know
