Original paintwork till last year when I had both bumpers re-painted, still very shiny, rust free and Never failed an MOT until 2013 and that was the number plates have a honeycomb background which is not allowed any more.
Of course like most owners I have modified it, standard specc isnt for me but that is my personal preference. Bought it with 43000 miles on it , its now 104,00.

Nice one! I think I'm the 8th owner of mine. I bought it with 400 miles over the 100K. It's nearly at 170K now..

Mines been off the road about 4-5 years of that time I guess! Was off the road for the gearbox then when I took the 350bhp engine out and put a second hand 500bhp engine in I got off mark. Coming up too two years now since braking a piston but should still be on the road for running in this year

Hi Neil , you are certainly proving that when looked after Cosworths can go the distance, 170,000 miles is impressive stuff.

Never looked at mine as an investment, I would never get back what has been spent on it but it doesnt worry me at all. Never grown tired of it in 20 years and it still puts a big smile on my face when wasting cars that cost 3 or 4 times as much!
