Trailing arm bushes

I've just had my rear trailing arms powder coated for my 4x4 sapph just wondering what's the best bushes for inner and outer would you go with standard items or powerflex. Just like to know peoples opinions

standard items by graham goode racing:DD: ,dont polybush them

be prepared for a wallet bashing though as i think they cost about £80 a piece:shocked:

As james Kiely says standard roller bearing are best but if not powerflex

Standard, they are not bushes, they are spherical bearings, so by replacing with bushes will make it worse.

I want to replace all the nuts and bolts while I'm at it and I'm new to this so can anybody recommend where I can get these and what exactly I need cheers

Probably best taking them to a local fixings supplier and getting them to supply you with the correctly rated replacements.

I've read a few posts and people have suggested mt-Motorsport and they do the sets so problem sorted cheeRS
