I would love the locks back in but the car will be used quite a bit so less locks less ways to steal. ;(

I'm just waiting to pick my old A post rubbers and grille rubber up from the Bodyshop then I'm posting them to East Kent trim supplies for them to copy.
I'll keep people posted on it.

Martin has been abroad in it twice so the front was stone chipped inside of the bonnet has the bad paint on it that he had an issue with(looks like underseal with blisters in it) and the door/tailgate shuts are not to my standard. I want them as shiny as the outside of the car.

Martin built it to drive not show/sit in a garage.

Looking forward to seeing this progress even further.

The tax disc does it have the perforated holes or are they printed and you just cut the circular disc out?

Very nice....

Though can I ask about the tax disc, it expires the same year it came out? should it not be 12 months expiring 1988?

Not much going on at the moment.
Glass is being removed Wednesday, headlining is at the trimmers, picking new Heated screen up tomorrow(only changing because it's coming out and it's got a few little chips in.
Had the tyres fitted to these rims yesterday ready for next year.
Tyres- Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric Sp's, 215/35/18 front 225/35/18 rear.

Tried the stickers on one of the TH's.

I think if a thieving scum fuck wants to try and steal an old Sierra he wont care if it has door locks or not, they just bend the door over enough to get there arm in or wire/coathanger/whatever and pull the door release catch.

Amazing car though, love the wheels and I honestly thought those pictures were of a model too!

Glass out today by Ultimate Window Screens of Daventry. He is very OCD so glass came out perfect.

Screen all prept to go back in but this screen isn't going back in. I've ordered two new ones. One is going in the other is spare.
The old screen will be up for sale in January/Febuary when the new screens arrive.
These screens are HEATED from Ricky Evans MotorSport.

Do you know if the arches and bodykit need to be modified to fit the 18' monte style wheels? Id love them on 3 doors but dont want to have scrubbing issues or have to cut up my arches/bodykit.

My bodykit is already trimmed slightly for the lower wider stance that my car has.
