Well car been locked up in garage pretty much since I came back from Holland did do a ford show at Sneterton, since then boot lock broke not a big issue as i wanted to change it for the flat mk2 type ive since changed locking mechanism but need a boot lock for it ive also got myself a T5 box which i got to get a friend to service and change 3rd gear bulk ring. I need a t5 propshaft, t5 cradle and t5 gear stick. Will upload pics soon got to take mt75 hybrid box out as mates buying it off me for his boa project. Thinking to leave car locked up in garage till next year because got alot to pay out for at the moment (wedding/birthdays) i dont want to keep doing bit here and there i want to do it all in 1 go have a 100% car paint work can wait so probably going to wax oil and leave in garage.

Its been a minute ........
Well I got married and did source and change boot lock also I didnt leave car got bored removed mt75 box and flywheel bought a new flywheel, and propshaft sent ap clutch away for new paddles, bought new clutch coverthen fitted it all and came across huge problem.......
Front t5 gear box mount (slidder hole) has been removed at some point in cars previous life so it sat in garage with jack holding t5 bo in place. I sourced a replacement tunnel from another clean sierra shell but car was left until Friday I dragged it from my garage cleaned it 3x to get dust and dirt off then removed t5 box, front seats, carpet, insulation and dash put car back and had it collected and dropped off somewhere to have gearbox tunnel removed and replacement welded in also rear arch being done at same time pics to follow

Looks a great build that. I had a 24v xr4x4 back in the day before my cossie and loved it. It had full Cosworth interior, brakes, dash, vented bonnet and suspension. Gave it to my brother when I get my saph and hes still got in a lock up but hasnt moved for about 14 years.
