Home on wednesday james, and i will be calling up to see my chum who got his sapphire cossie engine bay wire tucked 2 years ago, by the guy who has the moonstone blue transit cosworth on mk1 focus rs rims. Done a real fantastic job on my mates cossie!
Will get a contact number or info etc if you want?

Sure most of mine is standard, bar the breather tank really lol. If you are looking better photos of what way i've done the wiring i'll take some at the weekend?
It's not as neat as I'd like yet, but that mostly the bits nobody can see
I thought the same about the injector loom, which is exactly why i ran my injector loom under the rail and plenum as much as possible.

The only thing that put me off trying to re route mine underneath, but was worried if I bent my loom around too much, it would probably break!
Plus, I assume you'd need to lengthen the feed to each injector and I can't solder for shit! Lol

Pet hate of mine on sapphires... Engine bay of mine is a mess and it drives me mad looking at it... A escos is far neater with the larger bulkhead plastic it hides most of it..... BTW got that news today James i was waiting on ill ring you tomorrow

I just wished i had the time, parts and a little more skill to rewire the car loom as wires do break over time it's inevitable, it tidied the loom that goes through to the engine bay from the drivers side and up behind the dash but i had to do a good few repairs on the car loom under the bonnet in the corner below the PAS tank i had to replace a 5" section where it had been messed with in the past and water had got in - it's fine but like i said ideally wants new.

a couple of things im gonna try or get a auto electricain to do
battery to the boot on the drivers side
new junction box at the fuse box so i can get rid of the existing wiring at the battery
headlight s, indicaters ,loom will go in the drivers side chasis leg away from the heat from the turbo
replace the altenater wiring from the existing loom
reroute the abs wiring and tidy up around the brake reservoir/mastercylinder
i have a new pectel engine loom so that should be ok ,hopefully i can hide it away a bit on the engine whilst its out

You've just replaced the wires with pipes though
It's hard to make a YB look tidy IMO, they don't really lend themselves to wire tucks etc like say some older VWs or Hondas.

cossie fan (unluckerly)
All my positive wires go into a junction box so only one gos to the battery via an isolator. Id never stick my battery in the boot because then id be left with an great big unsightly empty space where it was lol

What i did is when i had my engine out i routed all the wiring looms really neatly, bought new harness clips etc etc. Then as i refitted more parts to the car i made sure the wiring to them was as neat as possible.
What is all the wiring near you fusebox?
