Ford sierra sapphire cosworth front wing mouldings
Hi,
I am looking for a brand new pair of good replica Ford sierra sapphire cosworth front wing strips/mouldings? I know you cannot buy the original ford ones any longer.
Original Driver side wing strip 1651191 & Passenger side wing strip 1651192.

I received a quotation from ami models in uk today and they quoted me £325 sterling including delivery for 8 no. rubbing strips. Thats a crazy price for none genuine rubbing strips.
Does anybody else manufacture those strips?

I asked for a quotation for a full set of 6 no. (2 no wings and 4 no. doors) for a sapphire cosworth car and Nick replied and told me that I would require 8 no. pieces. Can anybody explain why the extra 2 no. rubbing strips? I have replied with an email but I am waiting for a reply. Unfortunately they only supply a full set only and will not sell individual pieces.

The doors are still availible from ford at around £60 a moulding.
No idea why you'd need 8 replica mouldings though? Unless that includes front and rear bumper trim?
