Where these parts come from ?
 

Hi, my mate found these parts on his magnetic plug, during oil change of his Sapphire 4x4.
What do you think about this ?
Car is trackdaycar, engine was renewed 2 years ago, but turbocharge is new turbocharge exchange. (T34 TC) Engine run perfectly, except sometime some blue smoke.

Piston rings are a bit bigger than 22mm lol :cry:

are they even supposed to be round like you've shown or have you just made them that way?

I suppose (but can't prove, because' I havn't old turbo) these parts come from old turbo main housing, after breakdown, or from the new exchange turbo.
