Help needed for my Sierra Saph 'Look-alike'.
Over the past 4 or 5 months I have gradually been turning a 92 Saph Ghia 2.0 DOHC to a look-alike to a Cozzie as I cant afford a real one as im only 18 but basically ive added interior, bumpers, spoiler, resprayed in Magenta red and added the wheels, lowerd, remapped etc.etc. Now im at the part where I replace the standard ford exhaust (that points down) to a nice (stainless preferably) performance exhaust and 4branchthat looks similar to a cozzies, only im lost where to start as mine is a later Catalytic Convertor model. If anybody is able to point me in the right direction as where to start looking, I would greatly appreciate it. Many thanks for reading, Jordan Emonds

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Think it depends when in '92 it was built / registered governing if you can loose the cat? Mine is a May 92 and don't have a problem MOT'ing with no cat... Not sure about where to get an exhaust, but could always weld a 4" stainless tailpipe on your back box, for the time being?
Get some pics up!?

Mine according to the DVLA was first registerd on 30th April 1992, so does this mean I may get away with getting rid of the Catalyst? I sure hope so, I suppose I could just weld a nice stainless tail pipe on for now, but in time it would be nice to have the full set I will try and get some pics up, ive only took them upto when it was rubbed and ready for priming, need some more recent ones and I will add them to this thread Jordan

I think ive found a seller who I'm going to buy a Cozzie backbox and 4" wrapover tail pipe from, should just fit straight on right? or if it needs abit of cutting and welding, bit of effort but it can be done
