Jack and the Beanstalk

Good day people,

I have a standard Ford Sierra Sapphire and my vehicle model does not have a rear anti-roll bar.

Is it possible to put one on to improve handeling and suspension? Would it endanger the vehicle in any way if this was done?

If it is possible, which size is suitable and what parts would I need to install the rear anti-roll bar? What sort of modification must be done?
