Default Sapphire rear arb links

Needing to drop one side of rear suspension down on my car next week but wondered how you got the small link bars off as no bolts to hold them on. Are they just ball & socket fitting? Also any good place to get new ones from??
Thanks
Leon

Think they are still available from ford. They just push on. Think i got mine off by putting a small socket in the middle (touching the arm or the beam) then open up a set of molegrips on the socket and on the ARB link and squeeze. or screwdriver if your not bothered about damaging the bush.

As said above, they are a push fit, I used a similar method to above but you'll need to be quite fierce!
