Default cosworth pistons problem!!

Hello to all,this pistons is genuine mahle and std,have done about 30000 kilometers,so this side of the pic is from exhaust,and the up ring have stick,so in this case is from poor fuel? thanks in advance

Look at the pepper makes around the crown edge you have been detting.
Look at the map and if the car/engine has any faults.

looks like det damage causing stress round the ring, you could get lucky and just get it cleaned up and refit, but then get it to a mapper.

Yes as said detting so running a little to lean or if this is just on one cylinder maybe an air leak some where on the same cylinder..

Make sure you check everything thoroughly and if maps good and theres no leaks or evident sensor faults then look at fuel system etc..

Ps ..

Looks like with a good clean up of pistons with rings out and a light hone of bores then a re ring and you might get away with using them again..

you mean this damage can be with air leak?if so air leak from where?
all sensors are new,but this problem is with my old map,and i don't had check about AFR,now i'm running from MSD closed loop,and i have rebuild new engine now.

one of the four piston is useless, were done measurements with micrometer.

Air Leak on turbo engine? How is that possible?
with new engine sensors? Possible ecu map fault!
Now with new engine rebuilt and MSD Closed Loop I don't think that anything is going to happen again!
