Default Paddle clutch

I have an Alcon paddle clutch on my 3 door but have always found it a little noisy when slipping it at low speed when parking etc, once on the move everything is fine and doesn't give me any problems, is this normal with the metallic type pads on the flywheel as it doesn't give me any problems at all.

Yes all mounts are fine, it's just when slipping it at low speed especially uphill out of the garage it has always been a little noisy, but not at any other time. Guess its best to leave it and see how long it lasts, not a major problem I just thought it was due to harder compound of lining rubbing on the flywheel. It tends to do it when cold but not when warm.
