How do the police get all the history/paperwork when they seize a car?

The owner was happy to turn it all over?

He would have to on a confiscation order as the price they get for it will be taken of his bill so if he gets £30k that will be taken of his bill..

If he wasnt helpfull and they only got £10 then thats all he would get..lol

So is it 15k or 115k miles, and why was it valued at £20k since other cars of greater miles sell for lots more.

since its a catagory N it will be worth less, some times 1/3 of the value lost, hence 20k value IMO

The 20k figure and how it was arrived at is irrelevant here, what ever it goes for at auction is its value.
