Default GT30 make to much boost

Im driving a GT3076R with .63 exhaust housing. I want to drive it with round 1,5 - 1,6 Bar of boost.. But evertime i rev 5.000 rpm or higher the turbo goes up to 2 -2,5 Bar.

I tried some actuators, everthing works fine, but at high revs the boost goes up..

Had anybody else this problem?

First i try regular with Amal and Actuator, but it makes 2,5 Bar at the top, now i use only a actuator, boost is at 1,5 Bar and goes up to 2 Bar at 5.000 rpm.

I had tried something, i opened the wastegate complete and fixed it in this position..
It makes 0,? Bar but at 5.000 rpm i had my 2,0 Bar with FULL opened Wastegate..

what turbine housing are you using ie make I know it's a 0.63
it sounds like you need to increase the waste gate port size and write a different boost map

I suspect your after market turbine housing is at fault
this turbo is best used with the 0.82 housing
where did you buy the turbo from as garret don't make an internally gated turbine housing

normally supplied is an atp one

I buyed the Turbo here:

As i know they trade the parts from ATP..

My engine is nearly standart, so i use the .63 housing for less lag..

Can you take a pict of the housing and wastegate flap as I have seen a couple of diff types on how the flap opens and this causes boost creep.

I need to see the wategate flap as I have seen some open the wrong way causing a restriction in flow and seen 1.9bar on a .82housing with act arm off.
