Default Engine mounts

As car has been stood in garage for 10 year and is now 21 year old and still on std mounts its well overdue for new ones ..
My question is which mounts to go for .. 4x4 saph
Also think struts could be buggered .. Currently koni . Which I was always happy with .. Any advice in what to go for .. Cheers guys

Not broken as such but I would say there is excessive movement on mounts. And rear struts are buggered
