My old one is in Matts pictures but as I wrote,it was stripped a few owners down the line.Someone out there bought the shell of RSclassics to rebuild but I have been unable to find out where it is.I also got the reg wrong it was 812 not 821 (only owned it three years!).

That was my guess!

So that's the what I would call 'normal' 80's/90's Ford Black.

I have a 24v XR4x4 in that colour - I was pleased at how good it looked after using a clay bar, did a bit of t-cut too (the previous owner totally neglected it) came up real shiny!

Flat black cars REALLY Look nice when clean but are REALLY hard to keep clean, and for that reason only I would choose another colour nowadays.

L is for shadow cloth and S is for Raven.Mine said SX .Anybody elses say the same ?.

Never looked but mine was removed and replaced with cloth. Got a full trim in my 4x4 but the door cards are shagged so sticking with a mint cloth trim.

I was just going off post 49 and the other thread on here. All the hype about directors cars or just special order.Out of all the 2wd in gloss I only see one with cloth.
My mate a g/black 2wd with leather 10 odd years ago but killed it and I also have a set of doors off F200*** G/BLACK .
The only ones left must be on here especialy if they were produced in such low numbers.Out of the way Mercury/crystal blacks the new endangered species

Had to strip it back to a bare shell and start again underneath as the floor was rotten so were the rear chassis rails as had to make new inner and outers plus all the normal places that they rot had to be sorted out.
The had to rebuild the engine from scratch as last owner had taken it apart and then given up hence the car sitting in a garage for 5 years before I bought it. Block was cracked so 200 block fitted plus new pistons, the head was polished and ported and a bd16 inlet fitted and a new wiring loom as now running Pectel T2.
Loads of work done over 3 years before it made it back on the road and still doing jobs now. Will it ever end Lol.

you can see it at the back of my avatar pic, theres other pics in the pics bit in my profile i think
also i got told ages ago that there was 55 made, and it was either 12 left or 12 were rhd, cant quite remember
