L8 ECU

HI, hope someone can help with this question. I am looking into getting a chip for my 92 4x4 saph but it has an l8 with green sticker on it but no lambda sensor fitted but it does have the green rocker cover. Is this correct?

The YBG (Green cam cover) should have a cat IIRC, but from memory Lambdas were only fitted from around 1991 onwards, so yours may well be correct? Tbh if you had it fitted, there is no logical reason anyone would want to remove it.
