Compression on Cometic Head gasket????
I'm going to do my headgasket at the weekend and i've got a .57 Cometic gasket but what i want to know is......
What will the compression be using a std 200 block and 2wd head(pressuming it hasn't been skimmed yet
Also if i need to skim the head whats the minimum height on the head with this gasket,i know the min height normally would be 138.67 or sumat but this head gasket is well thick!....just like me really
Also are all head bolts the same cause i've been told theres 2 different sorts????just brought some and i don't want to use them if there not right
All advice appreciated

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I believe it will create a drop of around 0.2 but done quote me on that. If the head has been skimmed it may bring the CR back to standard.
Early headbolts had small washers and later ones larger (22.5mm IIRC). Either should be ok on later heads but I'd prefer to get the lager washer versions if it was me.
