Rear beam mount's
 

Im replacing the rear beam mount's to poly one's does the standard bushing press down or up wen removing.?thanks evan

DOWN, ie towards the floor with beam on car.

nb this is assuming the car is the right way up!!

I had to cut mine out, you can just get a hacksaw blade between the rubber mount and the beam on the top side, cut half way through and knock it through to the floor (my beam was off the car at the time).

yea mine is off the car.just goen to get it pressed with a hydrolic press
