Steering Rack Extensions
Does anyone know if or where I can buy some steering rack extensions?
I need to get more steering angle on the cossie and wondered if anyone has successfully done this. I am told its nearly impossible??
I am going adjustable TCA's with compression struts to replace the antiroll bar. This should give me a nice adjustable camber and more solid steering with the poly bushes, but I need more angle!!
Anyone offer any suggestions??

Yeah, I saw that one but there has to be a way. The old Mk2 escorts had extensions, the kit cars using ford racks use extensions for the escort rack.... so I am sure someone has done the same for a sierra!!

Right.... my findings today....
Using a 4x4 anti roll bar seems to help a lot. It pushes the hubs out a little wider with the TCA's. I did however have to re-drill the holes in the cross member so that the TCA's could bolt to it as I did not have enough movement there.
Cambered the wheels nicely.....
Pushed them out at the bottom bu about an inch,
This has given an extra few degree's on the steering.
Re-tracked it and away we go.......
It seems to have worked..... only time will tell!
