Saggy headlining
noticed the cloth is sagging off mine quite bad now. is there anyway of saving it, or taking it out and fixing properly?
also, how is a sapph bumper supposed to come off? i think the bolts in the sides are just turning

Headlining can often be fixed without removing, just carefully prise back a tiny bit on the edge, and using a long pipe/curtain rod squirt some contact adhesive in there, leave a minute press back the headlining where it's sagged.
The front bumper bolts do corode to the captive inserts, best way is to use a lever and forcibly, but slowly and carefully lever the bits that are secured in the winglets that hang down, as these can simply be beaten back to shape and the triangular captive bits put back in the winglets.
