Diamond White paint - clearcoat on top?

Diamond White paint - clearcoat on top?
Would there normally be a clearcoat on top of a Diamond White paint job? My car was resprayed a few years before I bought it, just wanted to know if I do any minor touchups if it's going to look wrong without a clearcoat. I don't know if they had a clearcoat from the factory, let alone whether the respray had one.

should just be the solid paint from the factory mate. could be either if it's been resprayed tho. get a bit of T cutt and try a bit of a rub. if it comes off white then it's solid if there's really no colour on the cloth it'll be clearcoat.
