Hello Nick500
the I.S.C.V fell apart and got sucked into number 4, I have never removed the valve so feel a little pissed off.
A lesson for everybody, take yours out and put some thread-lock or better still, some super glue on the threads.
I could have just replaced the piston but decided to go for a full rebuild.
I still have lots of plans for the car, but as always costs so much.

Hairball,
I.S.C.V............. idle speed control valve, its on top of the throttle body under the bottom fuel rail, right next to the map
sensor bracket.
Held in with 2 screws with an electrical connector on top.
I hope this has helped????????
PS; I had the shock of my life when the local Ford dealer quoted for 1 Cosworth piston.....................................
£500 is this right? or was he pulling my pisser????
Steve
